What is Zachestnyibiznes?
Zachestnyibiznes aggregates official data from three Russian government sources: the Federal Tax Service (FNS), EGRUL (Unified State Register of Legal Entities), and EGRIP (Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs). The platform covers over five million active Russian companies and sole proprietors.
Until now, accessing this data programmatically meant dealing with Russian government portals, rate-limited APIs that require domestic registration, or fragile scraping setups. The Anysite integration removes that friction: pass an INN or OGRN in JSON, get back structured data.
14 endpoints, one identifier
The integration exposes 14 dedicated endpoints, all driven by a single identifier — the INN (tax number) or OGRN (registration number) of any Russian legal entity or sole proprietor:
- Legal profile — name, status, registration dates, address, charter capital, primary OKVED activity, director, and contacts
- Financial statements — annual FNS accounting data: revenue, net profit, liquidity and profitability ratios (ROA, ROE, ROS)
- Court cases — arbitration case count and total/pending/completed claim amounts
- Enforcement proceedings — FSSP bailiff records: opened and completed proceedings with debtor/creditor breakdown
- Government inspections — inspection records with authority, ground, and result
- Licenses and certificates — active and historical licenses, conformity declarations
- Ownership and management — director details, founders with share percentages, share registrar
- Official requisites — INN, OGRN, KPP, OKPO, OKTMO, OKATO, and all codes needed for contracts
- Significant facts — Fedresurs notifications: bankruptcy intentions, pledges, guarantees
- Corporate affiliations — branches, representative offices, successors, predecessors
- Trademarks — registered trademarks with validity dates
- Search — full-text and filtered search across the EGRUL/EGRIP registry
