Questions about the HubSpot integration

No. Only empty fields are filled. A field is overwritten only if you name it, and protected fields are never written, even then.

Yes, when you allow it. By default it only updates records that already exist. A new contact needs an email, a new company needs a domain.

Contacts match by email, record ID or profile URL; companies by domain or record ID. If several match, the oldest is updated and the agent tells you how many there were.

Each real write returns a run ID. Ask your agent to undo it and each field goes back to its previous value. Fields changed again since are left as they are and reported. Records the run created stay, with the fields it wrote cleared.
