Anti-Spam / Anti-UBE Policy
Anysite (“we”, operator of anysite.io — a B2B data platform) is committed to responsible email practices and prohibits unsolicited bulk email (UBE/spam) in all forms.
Our own email practices
- We send limited, targeted business-to-business correspondence to professional contacts whose roles are relevant to our product, on the legal basis of legitimate interest where applicable.
- Every message identifies the sender, includes a working reply address and a clear way to opt out; opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently (suppression list).
- We do not use deceptive headers, subject lines, or sender identities. Sending domains listed below are corporate alternate domains of anysite.io operated by our team.
- Volumes are deliberately low (per-mailbox daily caps), lists are verified before any send, and invalid or generic addresses are removed.
- We do not email consumers, and we suppress addresses in jurisdictions requiring prior consent for B2B email.
