## FAQ

How is it billed?

In blocks of 1,000,000 profiles, $500 a block per month. One block is the minimum: a list of up to 1M is $500, up to 2M is $1,000, up to 3M is $1,500, and so on.

My list is smaller than 1M. Do I pay less?

No, the minimum is one block. You can add profiles to your list every month until it reaches 1M.

What format do I send?

A CSV with one profile URL per row. That's it.

What do I get back?

A CSV or JSON file with the full profile for each URL.

Can I change the list?

Yes — send an updated CSV before the next refresh. Going past your block? Add the next block of 1M.

Can it be weekly?

We're starting with monthly. If you need weekly, say so in your request.
